STUDY IN SINGAPORE
MERITOCARCY
“Singapore’s meritocracy ensures that the smartest and brightest are encouraged to reach their full potential, regardless of race, religion, or socioeconomic background. Everyone has access to education, which provides them with the skills and knowledge they need to improve their living conditions.” [4] Primary schooling is mandatory for all children aged 7 to 12 in Singapore, according to the Education Act. Parents must seek for exemptions from the Ministry of Education in Singapore in order to exempt their children from this mandatory restriction. Singapore is one of the safest cities in the world, yet studying there is not too expensive.

LIFE IN SINGAPORE
Singapore, a densely populated but safe and efficient city state, is one of the four “Asian Tiger” economies, along with South Korea, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, that grew rapidly in the second half of the twentieth century. It is one of the safest places to live in the world, as well as one of the most student-friendly. Modern services such as healthcare, recreation and entertainment, transportation, and municipal amenities allow students to live a vibrant lifestyle. Singapore’s robust economy and high standard of living are matched with sky-high living costs and some of Asia’s highest college prices. When compared to countries like the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia, it is still a reasonably priced option. Another important expense is living expenses. Housing, bills, and other required expenses should cost you roughly US$8,000 per year on average.
